The Plan

Map the entire planet — oceans, land, mountains, and everything beneath — and make it free for everyone to navigate. Most of the planet is ocean (71% of the surface), and only about 0.001% of the deep has ever been explored — we've barely glimpsed our own world. So we go look — region by region, depth by depth — put live cameras in the deep and stream it to the public around the clock, catalogue every species (90%+ still unknown), uncover the world's mysteries, and clean and protect it as we go. Publish everything. For the people. Not about the money.

If non-human intelligence is already here, the deep ocean and the crust beneath it are among the most rational places to look — not because we know, but because we don't. It's the least-observed frontier on our own planet. This is a disciplined hypothesis, never a conclusion: we separate documented fact from interpretation, and go find out — in peace. It's backed by 100+ documented, officially-unexplained cases (Shag Harbour, USS Nimitz, USS Omaha, and more), catalogued openly.

• ·Wildlife & animals — Catalogue and protect every species, surface to seafloor; care for animals (feed, heal, rescue) and protect wildlife.
• ·Unite the world — Any country explores and livestreams through Aethon; every find credited to the country that made it; the plan in every language.
• ·Goal #3 — Space (only after Earth): observatories, astronomy, a real space mission, an orbital energy economy.
