Software and data. The method is published and open to outside review, and Prototype 2 covers 21 ocean regions using public data. Aethon owns no ships, vehicles or satellites.

They are open questions. An observation has to be repeated, checked by more than one sensor and reviewed independently before it is called anything. “Unresolved” is an honest answer. Prototype 2 already lists places its public data cannot explain yet. How evidence is classified →
