Read it, share it, quote it with attribution. Do not break the law with it, attack or overload it, scrape it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, or misrepresent it as your own.

We try hard to be accurate. Statistics carry their source and date, forward-looking statements are labelled as future work, and anything unverified is labelled unverified.

Nothing here is professional advice — scientific, environmental, engineering, financial or otherwise — and nothing here is an offer of investment or a promise that any future programme will be built.

The Aethon name, logo, writing, design and imagery are ours. Anything you send us — a message, a question, a suggestion — stays yours; you are just giving us permission to read it and reply.

Aethon LLC operates other businesses that are separate from Aethon and are not covered by these terms. Each has its own terms on its own site.

The site is provided "as is." We keep it running and accurate as best we can, but cannot promise it is perfect or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use.
