Keep your login safe, give us real info, and be old enough to agree to this where you live (and for paid plans, the age of majority).

No breaking the law, hacking, scraping, overloading our systems, or ruining the experience for anyone else. We'll shut down accounts that do.

This one actually matters, so we mean it: Trading OS is a journal and learning tool. We are not your financial advisor, and nothing in our products is investment, tax, or trading advice, or a tip to buy or sell anything. Trading is genuinely risky — you can lose money. Your trades are your calls. Do your own homework.

Paid plans bill through our processor on the cycle shown at checkout and renew until you cancel — which you can do anytime, keeping access through what you've already paid for. Prices can change with notice. If something genuinely broke, tell us and we'll make it right.

Your content is yours (your trades, notes, photos) — you just give us the basic permission needed to run the product for you. Our software, branding, and designs are ours; please don't copy them without asking.

The products come "as is." We try hard to keep them solid, but we can't promise they're perfect or always up. To the extent the law allows, we're not on the hook for indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

These terms follow the laws of Pennsylvania, USA. We'll tweak them as we grow; if you keep using the products, you're cool with the updates. Questions? hello@withaethon.com.
