Privacy Policy

This site is an informational site. There are no accounts, no logins and nothing to buy. We collect the least we can, we do not sell it, and we are not in the data business.

Two things. Your email address, if you give it to us for updates, along with the date you signed up and which page you signed up from, so we know what you asked to hear about. And whatever you write to us in the contact form or by email: your name, your message, and a reply address.

Writing to us does not sign you up for anything. The contact form has an optional box for updates; it starts unticked, and nothing is sent unless you tick it.

Our host records standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) to keep the site up and defend it from abuse.

No accounts. No payment details. No advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling, and no data sold or rented to anyone, ever.

Aethon Intelligence is in development. When it ships and has accounts, this page will be updated before it does, not after.

Send the updates you asked for, reply to you, and keep the site running. That is the whole list.

Only the services that run the site: hosting (Vercel) and email delivery (Loops). They process it under contract, on our instructions, and are not permitted to use it for anything else.

Every newsletter email has a one-click unsubscribe. To see what we hold, get a copy, or have it deleted, email us and we will do it. No retention flow, no hoops.

We work hard to keep things safe, but no website is a vault. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If something here is unclear or wrong, tell us and we will fix the page.
