Privacy Policy

The short, honest version · June 2026 · Aethon LLC (Pennsylvania)

Honestly? We'd rather be exploring the ocean than writing a privacy page. So here's the plain truth: we collect as little as we can, we don't sell your stuff, and we're not in the data business — we're in the building-cool-things business. 🐢

What we collect

The basics: your account info (name, email, username), whatever you create in our apps (like trades and notes you log), and payment info — which our processor handles, so we never even see your card number. Plus the boring technical stuff every website sees (browser, device, rough location).

What we do with it

Run the apps, keep your account secure, make things better, and send you only the emails you actually asked for. That's the whole list.

Who else sees it

Only the tools that help us run things — login, payments, hosting, analytics, email. They work for us, under contract, and aren't allowed to do their own thing with your data. We don't sell it. Ever. We'd only hand something over if the law genuinely made us.

Your stuff is yours

Want to see your data, export it, or delete it? Do most of it right in your account, or just ask us. No hoops, no guilt-trip retention flow.

The honest bit

We work hard to keep things safe, but no website is a magic vault — we're careful, not superhuman. We don't knowingly collect data from kids under 13. And if our practices change, we'll update this page.
